I cannot speak highly enough of Mike, his team and the finished product. Our windows are beautiful well beyond our expectations. It seemed a very difficult job to us – double glazing a Victorian bay window with unpainted wood inside so it looked right with all the eccentricities (weird angles , varied colours etc). Others we’d talked to were reluctant to take it on!

From the start the process has been faultless. Proper consultation at all levels and really good communication between commissioning and the work beginning. And, remarkably, everything went exactly to plan, with the starting date happening as agreed a couple of months before .

The team worked efficiently with little disruption to our lives, and everyone was so thoughtful and nice to have around. I am specially grateful to them all for being so sensitive to my problems with chemicals and protecting me so carefully.

I thought from the start that Mike was exceptional in his attention to detail and his attitude generally, and we have, as a result, some lovely windows which really enhance the room.

We are delighted with our new double glazed windows. It’s the best investment we have ever made for the house. We can’t believe what a difference it has made to our whole house, not just the 2 rooms we had done, and it has transformed our use of those rooms. We were very pleased with the results when M & P replaced our downstairs bay window with double-glazed timber windows. The windows are significantly less draughty now, as well as looking fantastic, and we went ahead and had the upstairs bay window done soon afterwards. M & P were very concerned to do the job in a style consistent with our Victorian house. I am very happy to recommend them.
